Lentejas
Avem nevoie de:
250 gr linte(pe care am lasat-o in apa 30 de min)
1 carnat
4 costite de porc(sau orice alte cateva bucatele de carne de porc)
100 gr jamon serano sau bacon
1 ceapa
1 morcov
1 foaie de dafin
1 catel de usturoi
1 lingura ulei de masline
sare si piper(in loc de sare putem folosi delikat)
Mod de preparare:
Punem totul intr-o oala la fiert(lintea,ceapa intreaga,catelul de usturoi intreg,morcovul taiat cubulete, jamonul sau baconul taiat cubulete sau fasii,foaia de dafin,sare si piper,carnatul taiat bucati si uleiul de masline).Se lasa la foc MIC,pt a nu se desface boabele de linte,aproximativ 40 de minute.
