Escalop cu ciuperci
Avem nevoie de:
-5-6 felii subtiri cotlet de porc
-3 linguri ulei de masline
-150 gr ciuperci champinon(taiate felii)
-3-4 linguri smantana
-faina
-sare, piper si putin patrunjel tocat pentru ornat
Dam feliile de cotlet prin faina si le rumenim putin in tigaie.Le scoatem si le asezam intr-o cratita incapatoare in care am pus in prealabil o lingura, doua ulei.Turnam o cana cu apa peste, sare, piper alb si ciupercile taiate felii.Lasam sa fiarba bine bine.Cand ramane putin sos, adaugam smantana si amestecam cu grija.
Dupa ce am adaugat smantana eu am mai lasat la foc 5 minute.
Se serveste cu piure de cartofi.
